Updating quotes on the Marketplace

Installers on EnergySage have the ability to update their quotes according to your preference – whether that's changing the equipment, pricing, financing option, or more. 

If you need any updates to your quotes, visit your Message Center to get in touch with installers directly and request changes to their proposals. Once the installer revises their quote, you'll receive an email notification from us directing you back to your account to review the update(s).

Reactivating your account for new quotes

If you’d like to refresh your account and receive quotes for the same property, contact us directly. We can reactivate your account and help get new, updated quotes from local installers for you to compare.
