How to write a review on EnergySage

Log into your EnergySage account

Hover over your name in the upper right corner, and from the drop down menu, select “Share Your Experience”

Search for the company you want to leave a review for in the “Rate & Review” section

From the search results page, click into that company’s profile and select the “Write a Review” button

Fill out the form and select “Post Your Review”

How to edit your review

Log into your EnergySage account

Hover over your name in the upper right corner, and from the drop down menu, select “Your Profile”

See all your company reviews in the Ratings & Reviews section. Click on the name of the company you want to edit your review for and go to the review section of their company profile.

Select the “Edit Your Review” button on the right hand side

Make any changes you’d like in your review, and click “Post Your Review” to set those changes live.

Best practices for writing a review

• Use a clear title that concisely summarizes your experience
• Be specific about your experience – what went particularly well during the shopping or installation process? What were some hiccups in the process? Did anything surprise you?
• Make sure your review is honest and helpful to others considering this company’s services.
